Alghero Driving Directions
Following are driving directions on how to get to Alghero:
From Sassari to Alghero - follow the SS291 until the crossroads “strada dei due Mari” then turn on the left into Alghero city.
From Olbia to Alghero - follow the SS597 towards Sassari; after 100 K. take the SS131 towards Porto Torres. Continue on past turn offs to Sassari - Viale Italia e Sassari - S. Maria and finally take exit SS131 towards Alghero - Aeroporto. Follow SS291 road until the crossroads "strada dei Due Mari", then turn left in the direction of Alghero city.
From Porto Torres to Alghero - follow the road near the Industrial Area for about 6km until you come to a turn off for Alghero. After other 17 Km go straight over "Due Mari" for another 10km when you will reach Alghero.
From Cagliari to Alghero - follow the SS131 "Carlo Felice" in the direction of Sassari. Pass over two tunnels (4km before Sassari), and do not take the exits for Sassari city or Sassari - Viale Italia e Sassari - S. Maria. Leave the SS131 at the exit point Alghero - Aeroporto and follow the SS291 road until you cross the "dei Due Mari", turning left towards Alghero.
