Buses at Cagliari Airport
There is a shuttle bus service operating between Cagliari Elmas Airport and the ARST bus station in Piazza Matteotti in down town Cagliari. The journey time is about 10 minutes and tickets have to purchased before boarding the bus from the Newsstand/Bookstore in the airport terminal which can be found one floor below the Departure Hall.
There are two bus stops: one outside the Departure Hall (marked by the word BUS in yellow on the roadway) and one outside the Arrival Hall (marked by a blue-and-white ARST sign).
When travelling from Cagliari to the airport you can purchase tickets at an office inside MacDonald's which is next door to the ARST Bus station. The bus leaves from platform 8.
