Olbia Airport Driving Directions
Olbia, Regione Aeroporto Costa Smeralda is about 4km from the centre of Olbia and only about a 6 minute drive. From the airport continue along the SS125 into the Via Roma until you eventually arrive in Olbia.
If you are driving to the airport from the centre of Olbia head east on Corso Vittorio Veneto/SS127 toward Via Basilicata for about 0.3km, then at the roundabout, take the first exit onto Via Imperia heading to SS125/Sassari/Nuoro/SS199 for about 0.7km. After 0.1km take a slight left toward Via Redipuglia (following signs for Olbia Nord/SP82/Golfo Aranci) and at the roundabout take the second exit onto Via Redipuglia heading to SP82/Olbia Centro/Golfo Aranci. Travel for about 0.2 km and you will see the airport on your right.
It is worth hiring a car for when you arrive at Olbia Airport as this is a good base for exploring the well-known resorts of the Costa Smeralda, Porto Rotondoor the island of La Maddalena. There are also a number of archaeological nearby: the nuragic group of "Cabu Abbas"; the holy well of "Sa Testa" and the giants grave of " Su Monte and S’Abe".
